Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026.
FindDermat provides skin and hair education and a directory of specialists. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use the website or submit a doctor-enrollment request.
Information we collect: Most visitors can browse without creating an account. If you submit a doctor-enrollment request, we collect the professional, clinic, contact and profile information you provide, including photographs. Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, and request logs.
How we use information: We use information to review enrollment requests and publish approved specialist profiles, operate and secure the website, respond to enquiries, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing and external services: We may share information with service providers that host the website, database and uploaded media, only as needed to operate FindDermat. Appointment links open WhatsApp and may share the message you choose to send directly with the selected specialist. WhatsApp and the recipient handle that information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security: We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above or to meet applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights: Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or raise a grievance. Contact hello@finddermat.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children: FindDermat is not intended to collect personal data directly from children. A parent or lawful guardian should contact a qualified healthcare professional regarding a child's care and should not submit a child's personal information through the website.
Updates: We may revise this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the latest version.
